PROCESS

This is a great example of a last minute, poorly planned costume using scraps and whatever else is in the fabric stash! I traced a dress that I already owned and made a basic pattern out of it with the pink cotton. I made a second copy out of this burgundy knit (whyyyy) and sewed it as the lining with a front zipper.

I'm actually really proud of the little green jacket! It's just double layered cotton. The shoes were borrowed and were super comfy! I make the necklace out of Worbla and covered a headband in yellow spandex. Super easy, laid back costume!
